I suspect that in their massive effort to add new locations and boost the profit margines that they've lost the Quality and care they used to have. This was a far cry from the first Tri-Tip I had at the first Black Bear we visited many years ago that was quite good - this one in Willow's was not. On this occasion, the meat was cut way too thick for a sandwich, the beef was almost raw and had almost as much fat as meat.
